A Week of Thank-Yous at Sol38 by Liv
At Sol38 by Liv, community is more than a word on a brochure. From September 28 to October 2, our team hosted Resident Appreciation Week, five days of food, prizes and good company to say thank you to the people who make our Laveen apartment community feel like home.
Monday: Make It Monday
We kicked things off at the Hub with a build-your-own soda bar. Residents mixed and matched flavors to create their own signature drinks, and the after-work crowd turned it into an easy way to meet neighbors.
Tuesday: Walking Taco Tuesday
Taco night, made portable. Residents built walking tacos with seasoned beef, cheese, salsa and all the toppings, then lingered at the Hub to chat.
Wednesday: Spin the Wheel Wednesday
The prize wheel was open all day in the leasing office, so everyone could stop by on their own schedule and spin for Liv swag and goodies.
Thursday: To-Go Breakfast Thursday
We met early risers at the front entrance with grab-and-go breakfast to fuel the commute, the school run or the first meeting of the day.
Friday: Fur Resident Friday
Our four-legged residents got the spotlight. Pets and their people stopped by the office for Polaroid photos, build-your-own pup cups, and treats and toys to take home.
Why It Matters
Events like these are part of everyday life at Sol38 by Liv. Throughout the year, residents can count on gatherings that make it easy to connect, whether you're new to Phoenix or have called it home for years.
